Home Users

Definitive Technical Services cares about our home users. Your sensitive, personal information is our priority. We take special care to keep it private and to avoid data loss. The wipe and re-load option is our last choice and you will hear from us before we even go down that road.

Our hours reflect our belief that home users are inportant. We get that you need to work and that sometimes 9-5 monday through friday are not always doable for all people. It is for that reason that we are oken until 6:30 monday through friday and 10-4 on Saturdays.

Just because our hours are set, doesn't mean that we are not flexible. If you give us a call and say, "hey, I'm running late, think you can stay a few minutes?" we will do our best to accomodate you.

At the end of the day, we want our clients happy. We recognize that not all home users have the same needs as corporate clients.
